Schumann's Rules for Young Musicians

Robert Schumann was not only one of the greatest Romantic composers, but also a gifted writer. Here is a wonderful collection of his complete "Rules for Young Musicians." They are full of wit, wisdom, and Schumann's headstrong personality. My favorite is number 17. :)
